1. What the service is

Ink or Walk is an independent review of the deal terms in the car deal documents you provide. For a flat fee of $99, an experienced automotive professional audits your documents and delivers one signed verdict: INK or WALK.

This service is available in the USA only, to customers 18 years or older. [OWNER/LEGAL DECISION REQUIRED: confirm the minimum age and whether business entities may purchase reviews.]

2. What INK and WALK mean, and what they do not mean

INK means: No material issues found in the reviewed deal terms that warrant a WALK.

WALK means: Material issues were identified that should be addressed before proceeding.

Scope. This review covers the deal terms in the documents you provided. It does not evaluate vehicle condition, title or history, insurance, or information outside those documents.

Every verdict is reviewed and approved by an experienced automotive professional. A verdict is an opinion on the deal terms in your documents. It is not a guarantee, a warranty, an appraisal, legal advice, or financial advice. It does not promise any savings and does not predict what any dealer or lender will do.

3. Your responsibilities

• Accurate, readable documents. You agree to upload complete, legible copies of the actual deal documents. Blurred, cropped, or partial pages may delay your review or require us to ask for more.
• No sensitive data we do not need. Please do not upload Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal information that is not needed for the review. If such information appears in your documents, redact it before uploading.
• One deal per order. Each $99 order covers one vehicle deal. If you are comparing two deals, submit each separately.
• Truthful information. You agree that the documents you submit are genuine and belong to a deal you are considering.

4. Our commitment: the 2 business hour verdict

Once your $99 payment clears and we confirm your documents are complete and readable, we will email your signed INK or WALK verdict within 2 business hours. Payment alone does not start the clock: the 2 business hours begin only when both payment and sufficient documents are confirmed. Business hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM Central. We are closed Sundays and holidays.

Pausing the clock. If your documents are missing pages or figures we need, we will email you a list of exactly what is missing. The 2 business hour clock pauses when we send that email and restarts from the time remaining (never from zero) when you upload what we asked for. Time spent waiting on your response never counts against our commitment, and a pause caused by you can never trigger a refund.

If we miss the window. If we do not deliver your verdict within 2 business hours (not counting paused time), we refund your $99 in full automatically and still complete your review at no charge. If you do not respond. If you do not send the missing information within one business day of our request, we close your review and refund your $99 in full. No verdict is delivered. 5. Cancellations and refunds

• Before we start. Reply to your confirmation email before a reviewer picks up your deal and we cancel and refund you in full.
• After we start. Once a reviewer has begun work on your deal, the $99 fee is earned and is not refundable, except as described in section 4.
• Full refund, no verdict. Whenever we issue a full refund, no verdict is delivered, partial or otherwise, except when we miss the 2 business hour window described in section 4: in that case your refunded review is still completed at no charge and your verdict is still delivered. A refunded review cannot be reopened, but you are welcome to submit a new order.
• How refunds arrive. Refunds go to your original payment method and typically appear within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. How we handle your information

We collect only what we need to deliver your verdict: your contact details, the deal documents you upload, and payment information processed securely by our payment provider. We never sell your personal information. We never contact your dealer.

Your documents are stored privately, visible only to our review team, and deleted on a schedule after your review is complete. You may request earlier deletion by emailing reviews@inkorwalk.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ink or Walk's total liability for any claim arising from your review is limited to the $99 fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss related to a vehicle purchase or lease decision you make with or without our verdict.

8. Disputes

If you disagree with your verdict or our service, email reviews@inkorwalk.com first. We review every dispute against the review record and respond within 2 business days.

9. Governing law

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version in effect when you placed your order governs your review. Material changes will be posted here with a new last updated date.

11. Free recheck after a WALK

If your verdict is WALK, you may send corrected or revised paperwork for the same vehicle and the same dealer transaction within 24 hours of your verdict for one free recheck. The recheck determines whether the revised terms now qualify for INK or remain WALK. A different vehicle, a different dealer transaction, or a materially different deal is a new $99 review.
